Vincent was there to get everything started and explained the first steps in replacing my kitchen. He would also check in at various stages to see how it was going.

My project manager Pat was a great help. Pat did an excellent job communicating with me at every step. Pat would take time to explain, and listen to any concerns I may have had. I always received a call keeping me in the loop, and if I called him he would respond quickly. My kitchen was a large undertaking and Pat kept the project organized and on task while always being courteous and professional.

In a world where customer service is dwindling, Pat and the rest of FP Property Restoration did an excellent job ensuring my restoration went smoothly.

I am grateful that my insurance company recommended FP Property Restoration. My washer over flowed and flooded into 3 areas that required repair. FP had a great painting / drywall contractor that did an amazing job. Then it was the rugs and I will say that I would use them again If I had too because the jobs that were set up for me were performed to perfection by the contractors that FP used. Trying to find contractors who are on time, do what they say they are going to do or even show up is not that easy these days. I put my faith into FP Property Restoration and am glad I did. They came immediately and tarped the roof and also had to supply equipment to dry the affected interior room. Absolutely fantastic! They had to fix and repair 14 months of damage caused by Paul Davis Restoration. FPR did a incredible job and it felt like they were family when they were here working. I had total trust in them, I could leave for a few hours and they would even take care of my 4 dogs like they were their own. There are no words for how great they are.

Our home received considerable smoke and soot damage from a fire. FP Restoration was at our home the next day with the appropriate equipment and staff. They worked non stop for the last 10 days to mitigate our home. All staff were professional, courteous and efficient. We had an inexperienced roofing company perform work at our home, and we ended up with water damage to the whole right side of our home, we called FP Property Restoration, and they were at our home within 2 hours. Maria Rodriguez was our technician, what an amazing young man, so thoughtful , professional and considerate of us and our dogs, with out his help I feel we would have had so much more damage to our home. We had 33 fans, 5 dehumidifiers and 1 air purifier in our home for 4 days. Maria came every day for 4 days to check on us and our home. He was a life saver and a God sent for us, he treated us like family and treated our home like it was his own. We would highly recommend FP Property Restoration for any of you restoration needs.
